PIC Series

Sigmaweld series welding machines are sophisticated IGBT based inverters with total digital control having wide current range. Sigmaweld is designed to meet varied requirement of the welding industry covering metal inert gas (MIG), (MAG), submerged arc welding and hard facing. PRO Series

Sigma Weld Pro Series is State of the art digital welding technology operating at 150kHz. Ensures very quick response time and better welding performance each time. The modular technology helps increase duty cycle up to 100% and ensures maximum machine up time.

The Pro Mig Series is available in 3 variants to Synergic, Pulsed and Special Programs for Aluminium pulsed welding.

Optional Industry 4.0 compliance can be inbuilt to give you a complete Log of programs used,welder details, Gas, Current,Voltage and other critical parameters against time stamp. This can be viewed over LAN on any computer.

Access control sensor's help identify "who" is operating the machine and allows limited access to parameter changes. Welders cannot change parameters beyond allowable W.P.S.

Optional Intelligent water cooling unit, monitors water flow, water temperature and 3 color display to indicate Healthy, Idle or Error Mode
